Acceptance of Orders:- We welcome any type of Inquiry regardless of area or country. Order discussions are made by telephone or via email and we are considered for production only if given in writing to us formal order format.

Prices:- Prices as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer will remain valid for a specific period. Normally our prices without a written agreement are FOB. Any changes in design and material will change the agreed prices.
 

Delivery:-

2. Delivery will be made on the able agreed between seller and buyer, However if any local or international holidays/events, occur on the  same date, then delivery will be made on very next working day.

3. Our Delivery terms for international customers on FOB, C&F, CIF and door delivery.

4. All Standard Freight Charges are included in respected term prices.

5. If Customer want to change the destination port/air-port after the confirmation of order, then prices will be reviewed accordingly.

6. Payment mode via Bank T.T/LC are accepted as per committed between buyer and seller.

Payment:- Upon completion of a successful transaction the manufacturing will start immediately. No other conditions of payment have been stipulated in writing, our invoices shall be payable net after 60 days for LC the payment shall always be in advance.
 

Modification in Orders:- Any changes in design or quantity will cancels all previous negotiations or agreements between the parties hereto. The Modifications shall be reported within a week. Late information's will be considered to be used in next orders.

Sampling:- We provides a couple of free samples to our regular customers but this condition is not applicable for new customers. Our regular customers which will always be provided with current orders, else the new customer and old customers will have to pay for the shipping or courier charges. The new buyers will have to pay the sample cost as well as shipping which will be adjusted in the first order from the new buyer. The delivery time for the samples is 2-3 weeks and bulk order delivery is depend on quantity and as per customer demand.
